By downloading, installing, or using Routiny: AI Daily Planner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App helps you plan your week, track activities, log mood, and manage routines. You must use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and for lawful purposes only.
Your data (routines, completions, mood entries, habits) is stored locally on your device and may sync via iCloud if enabled. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any passcode you set.
When you use AI suggestions, relevant context may be sent to a third-party AI provider to generate responses. You control what data is shared in Settings.
Premium features may require a subscription. Subscription terms are governed by the App Store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The App is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or productivity advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
