Routiny stores your data locally on your device:
If you enable iCloud, this data may sync across your devices. We do not have access to your data on our servers.
If you enable Steps in Settings, we read step count from the Health app to display your progress and help you reach goals. Health data stays on your device and is not shared with us or third parties.
When you use the AI assistant or AI suggestions, relevant context (e.g., your stats, routines, journals if permitted) is sent to an AI service to generate responses. You control what data AI can access in Settings (AI access). All AI requests use your own configuration and no data is shared with us.
We use local notifications to remind you of activities, mood logging, and weekly summaries. No notification content is sent to our servers.
If you enable App Lock, your passcode is stored securely in the Keychain. Face ID or Touch ID is used only to unlock the app on your device.
You can export your data from Settings. The export is a JSON file you can save or share. We do not collect or store exported data.
You can delete all data from Settings. This permanently removes routines, completions, mood entries, and habits from your device and iCloud.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
For privacy questions, contact us via the Support section in the app or on this site.
